Community Roots Counseling is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, motivated clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality, client-centered care. We are currently accepting inquiries from:

  • Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT)

  • Associate Clinical Social Workers (ASW)

  • Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCC)

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)

All clinicians must be registered with and in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

Our pay scale ranges from $40–$60/hour, depending on your experience and licensure status. As our practice grows, so do the opportunities for growth and advancement.
