Associate or Licensed Therapist (AMFT, LMFT/APCC, LPCC / ACSW, LCSW)

Private Practice Opportunity

Community Roots Counseling is a community-focused group private practice seeking a Licensed or Associate Therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for clinicians who want to do meaningful, relationship-centered therapy in a supportive environment—without the high burnout, productivity pressure, or instability often found in agency settings.

We are open to both part-time and full-time clinicians, depending on availability, interest, and fit.

Our practice values depth of work, collaboration, ethical care, and sustainability for both clients and clinicians.
