Where do I need to be during my appointment?
Because our clinicians are licensed in California, clients generally need to be physically located in California at the time of a telehealth session.
You'll also need a private location where you can speak comfortably and a reliable internet connection.
Is online therapy different from in-person therapy?
The setting is different, but the relationship and therapeutic work remain central.
Many clients find that telehealth allows them to participate consistently in therapy while reducing some of the practical barriers associated with attending appointments in person.
