1. Scope of Services:
   Community Roots Counseling offers mental health counseling services in-person at our office in Yreka, CA, and via telehealth for clients within the state of California. Services are provided by licensed and qualified professionals in accordance with applicable state laws.

2. Eligibility:
   Services are available to individuals, couples, families, and adolescents residing in California. Telehealth clients are responsible for ensuring a private, secure location for sessions.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows:
   Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $95. Please refer to our full cancellation policy for details.

4. Emergency Services:
   Community Roots Counseling does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, please call 911 or contact your local emergency services.

5. Payment Terms:
   Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. Accepted payment methods include credit or debit cards and checks. Outstanding balances must be resolved before scheduling additional appointments.

6. Changes to Terms:
   We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
