Life doesn't happen in separate pieces. Our emotional well-being, physical health, relationships, and past experiences are all connected. When one area of life becomes difficult, it can affect everything else. Whether you're struggling with the effects of trauma, feeling disconnected in your marriage, or trying to balance the demands of everyday life, it can be hard to know where to begin making changes.

I believe meaningful healing comes from looking at the whole person, not just the challenges that brought you to therapy. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in understanding how your experiences, relationships, and overall well-being influence one another. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to your struggles, recognize the strengths you already have, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, combining evidence-based treatments with a holistic understanding of emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual wellness. I utilize trauma-focused approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help individuals process difficult experiences and find healing. I also incorporate education around mindfulness, movement, nutrition, and self-care when appropriate, recognizing the important connection between our minds and bodies. For clients who desire it, I welcome the opportunity to incorporate Christian faith and values into our work together.

I am especially passionate about helping couples build strong, healthy marriages. Drawing from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I work with couples to strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and navigate challenges together. I also have a special interest in supporting first responders and their families, recognizing the unique demands, stressors, and sacrifices that often accompany these roles.

My connection to our local community is an important part of why I do this work. I believe that when individuals find healing and develop healthier ways of navigating life, the benefits extend far beyond the therapy room. Stronger individuals help build stronger marriages, healthier families, and ultimately a stronger community.

You don't have to have everything figured out before taking the first step. Wherever you are in life, my goal is to meet you there and work alongside you toward greater healing, connection, and lasting change.
